CL:AIRE Code of Practice - Materials Management Plan (MMP)

Regulations introduced in April 2008 require a site waste management plan (SWMP) for all new construction projects worth greater than £300,000.

The plan must be updated every 3 months and must be kept for at least 2 years after completion.
